Fact Or Fiction is a collection of short stories. The stories are predictive fiction and take place in the near future, within the next fifty years or so. The ideas given consideration in this book are mostly down to earth and based on what we are actually doing today and potential outcomes are explored.

Themes include the chances of contact with alien life, the internet, cutting edge astrophysics, space exploration, television and human genetic engineering. Many other aspects of modern life are embraced from a viewpoint of where we are now, how we got to this place in our history and where things may lead us in the future.

The writing style is easy to understand and so is suitable for all ages from around twelve years upwards. With a variety of ideas filled with much factual content the stories should appeal to most readers. By taking a journey to a potential tomorrow, the stories are designed to be entertaining, thought provoking and thrilling with some twists and surprises on the way.

The first two stories were originally published by Amazon in the Amazon Shorts non fiction section and here they have been updated. Because this book includes both fact and fiction stories, it has been given the title Fact Or Fiction. Each story has a picture depicting its title.

Most people reflect on the nature of humanity and how we have come to be what we are. Why it is that we seem to be alone in an evolutionary sense, in developing the complex human world we have made. After all we do not see any other of the many creatures on Earth undertaking space exploration!

Human beings have come a long way in a short time, in the scheme of things. It is difficult to predict what kind of human race we will become yet it can be fun to speculate.
